As part of the rolling #PushFIT campaign we invited personal trainer and yoga teacher, Kim Hartwell, into the showroom to lead one of her Tone & OM classes.
Think half HIIT (all about the bum-toning), half yoga flow. Think muscle burn and much needed stretches that leave you feeling pumped.
Kim came up with the concept with a view to strengthening the body and getting her recruits fully mobile. Post 45 minute class we were definitely feeling worked so the Innermost protein smoothies went down a storm.
