Following on from the Olympic year of sport, emphasis on well-being and health over staying trim has become a massive trend, with around half a million more women taking up sport ever since. With The Sunday Times having recently launched their ‘Fit Not Thin’ campaign, backed by high profile insiders such as Daisy Lowe (who can apparently deadlift 80kg!) and with the variety of luxury fitness brands on the market, there is no reason not to look fab both during the day and at the gym.
Instead of hitting spin classes this season, team Push (and it seems the rest of the world) are all for making a splash in the pool and will definitely be heading to Simply Swim to stock up on the latest designs from brands such as Speedo, Maru and Zoggs.
