We celebrated smaller style in honour of Petites Week with the gorgeous new ‘Petites Collection’ from EILEEN FISHER.
Famed for their style and ease of wear, EILEEN FISHER clothes have long been popular with women of all shapes and sizes. Following a popular demand for pieces made to fit smaller women, EILEEN FISHER have released a new ‘Petites’ Collection for Autumn/Winter 2012 here in the UK, and who better to model it than our very own Petite member of staff, Victoria!
At 5ft tall, Victoria has struggled over the years to find clothes that both fit and flatter her smaller frame while still looking fashionable. For the whole of Petite Week, we gave Victoria a selection of pieces from the EILEEN FISHER AW12 ‘Petites’ Collection to style up as part of her daily wardrobe. Here is her style diary for the week:
Monday
Back in the office and ready to start the week in a casually cool EILEEN FISHER liquid shine metallic tee mixed with a Zara faux leather skirt and Pretty Small Shoes neon shoes
Tuesday
A gorgeous mix of textures with an EILEEN FISHER silk cotton top, Zara leather petal skirt and Topshop feather bag
Wednesday
Out for a meeting on Exmouth Market in a slouchy blue EILEEN FISHER silk cotton top, teamed with a Topshop gold skirt and Pretty Small Shoes patterned shoes
Thursday
Looking smart and sexy in this stunning EILEEN FISHER lace dress, teamed with an EILEEN FISHER Italian Leather Obi belt and simple Louboutin peep-toe shoes
Friday
The weekend is nigh, and Victoria was able to go seemlessly from the office to an event in this stunning EILEEN FISHER coat, belted at the waist with a Topshop skinny belt and Louboutin courts.
What a stylish week! But the question is – how did Victoria find wearing the EILEEN FISHER pieces?
“It really wasn’t hard to style up the EILEEN FISHER ‘Petite’ collection,” said Victoria. “It was a pleasure to be able to wear such beautiful clothing. Each piece is so wearable. From slouchy tops in rich jewel tones worn with my ownleather mini, to EILEEN FISHER’s gorgeous liquid shine knits and outerwear, each piece is a statement in itself. The versatility of EILEEN FISHER pieces mean that dresses and separates can be worn with either sky scraper stilettos or embellished flats and look both luxurious and effortlessly elegant.”
