Though lockdown has changed the face of the fitness industry forever through virtual and live-streamed classes, it seems as though the best thing to come out of lockdown for gyms is that many of us have actually taken up working out!
There’s something about being stuck indoors 24-hours a day and 7-days a week which awakens your inner-fitness guru and makes you want to move. Now that we have all had a moment to wrap our heads around dumbbells, squats, burpees, tricep dips and more … it’s (finally) time to put our fitness level to the test as gyms will soon be (re)opening in London!
Our #PushTEAM have rounded up some of their favourite gyms they are eager to get back to, or try for the first time ….
