Laurence Vandenborre – Quality, Simplicity & Transparency

As we draw closer to the February 2020 edition of The Jewellery Cut Live taking place during London Fashion Week on the 16th & 17th February at The Royal Institution in London’s Mayfair, we will be introducing you to some of the exciting independent brands taking part in this exclusive event.

To kick things off, we’re taking a deep dive into the latest The Jewellery Cut Live addition; Laurence Vandenborre.

GIA graduate gemologist and jewelry designer Laurence Vandenborre conveys her passion and love for precious stones in each of her designs. “I want to create jewelry for today’s woman that can be worn everyday and that allows each woman to reveal her personal style and feel confident”.

Laurence has a deep connection with jewelry and works to emulate these emotions through designs which give a huge importance to the value of jewelry for the women who purchase her pieces. Her collections are full of emotions, memories, passion and love: “I love the idea that each woman can buy her own jewelry and that pieces will be passed from generation to generation”.

Pieces are modern yet timeless with a distinctive perception and play of colours, shapes and textures. Laurence’s passion for diamonds, sapphires, tourmalines and opals remains a strong aspect of her collections as she puts them into the spotlight whilst making them accessible to all.
