Niquesa Fine Jewellery

Niquesa is a British fine jewellery house, based in Belgravia. Founded in 2004, the brand is spearheaded by CEO husband and Creative Director wife Luigi and Elisabetta De Simone Niquesa. With a bold, colourful and typically Italian aesthetic, Niquesa blends precious and semi-precious stones, exquisitely crafted in their Rome workshop. Niquesa will be opening a stand-alone store on Draycott Avenue, Chelsea in the next few months. This will be the first standalone boutique for the brand. Their Belgravia atelier will remain the ‘home’ of the brand, offering an immersive brand experience by-appointment only for bespoke work and commissions, while the store will be specific to retail. The #PushJEWELLERY press day will showcase their newest collection; Starlight Roma which offers lighter more directional entry level price-point designs.

IVAR Fine Jewelry

IVAR is a “destination jewellery” brand. Born in India and launched in the Maldives in 2018, IVAR Fine Jewelry combines the best of Indian craftsmanship with contemporary design. Spearheaded by founder and designer Ritika Ravi, each and every piece of jewelry is crafted in Jaipur using famed traditional Indian techniques, which Ravi pairs with an eye for progressive design and a subtle touch of laid back Maldivian lifestyle, taken from Ravi’s visits on the exquisite islands. IVAR has a unique approach to retail as they follow their “jet set” clientele globally in destinations such as Porto Cervo and Geneva.  This year, IVAR celebrates its one year-anniversay and launched a NEW collection exclusive to their Maldives flagship store. The #PushJEWELLERY press day will showcase the 10.18 collection. The collection champions POLKI CUT Diamonds, which is a natural uncut diamond, mined and used untreated. Polki require experiences craftspeople, which IVER work with exclusively to ensure precision work and exquisitely crafted pieces.

Dinny Hall

Dinny Hall is a  British designer with over 33 years at the centre of British jewellery design, she’s defined the “off duty” movement with clean, timeless designs, most notably her broad selection of beautifully wax carved hoops which range from psychedelic spirals, to undulating waves. Her cult  following as “London’s Local Jeweller” has grown over the years through her numerous boutique Hampstead, Marylebone, Notting Hill and Islington, as well as her concession at Liberty which she’s retained since graduation. Currently, the brand has partnered with The National Portrait Gallery, marking the opening of a new exhibition entitled Pre-Raphaelite Sisters which unfurls the untold story of the female influence on the art movement and the significant roles women played, a topic which chimes with Dinny’s previous collaboration collection designed to champion the Suffragette movement and the centenary of women’s rights to vote. The #PushJEWELLERY press day will showcase an edit of earrings designed to be worn in multiple ways across the ear. From simple Diamond studs, to hugges, and threaders, all the way through to featherweight shoulder dusters – the edit is all about how you can combine different styles and scales across the ear from lobe to conch.

Gaelle Khouri

Gaelle Khouri Is a Lebanese designer, known for her progressive and avant-garde work which could be described as “Art Jewellery”. Her jewellery is crafted in Beirut and amalgamates precious stones and metals with oxidized silver and other base metals. Her work is stocked on NAP, Auverture and Moda Operandi and as such has developed an astute international following. The #PushJEWELLERY press day will showcase A selection of pieces from two brand new collections named “As Above So Below”  – graphic and minimalist and “Homage To Kandinsky and Steiner”  – a darker, more mysterious collections – both of which are inspired by theosophy and abstract art.

Ruth Tomlinson – Fine Jewellery

Launched in 2001, from Cockpit Arts London, Ruth Tomlinson has grown her brand organically, walking a fine line between fine jewellery and craft. Drawn to earth’s natural treasures, designer Ruth Tomlinson is renowned for a celebration of unconventional beauty; turning the often forgotten stories of historic stones into her signature designs, marked by their tiny granular intricacies and purposeful imperfections. Sourcing the rarest old-cut and antique Diamonds and more unconventionally coloured precious stones and pearls, Ruth and her small team of goldsmiths craft every piece from their Hatton Garden workshop and atelier. Alongside her collections Ruth works with private clients to redefine treasured heirlooms and remaster preloved pieces into bespoke and entirely personal talismans. The #PushJEWELLERY press day will showcase a series of entirely unique designs created using exquisite Gemfields Emeralds, selected by Ruth for their unusual inclusions, which she chose to celebrate and enhance with “salt & pepper” Diamonds and set in a mixture of 14K White and Yellow Gold.

Flora Bhattachary

Launched in 2015 Flora Bhattachary is a British jewellery designer, based at East London’s Goldsmiths Centre. Her designs are rooted in her family’s connections to South Asia and a nomadic childhood split between continents. Her work balances an appreciation for antiquity and a craving for modernity. As a result all masters are hand carved before refining with leading technology. Each piece is crafted in the UK using conflict free diamonds, hand-sourced gemstones and recycled gold. The #PushJEWELLERY press day will showcase the Lakshmi Glow collection and some new extension lines. A striking capsule collection of 6 rainbow hued rings each crafted in Sterling Silver and electro plated in a ceramic coating. Rich both in colour and symbolism, the collection honours Bhattacharys’ signature sleek and architectural forms, but is a first glimpse at something more exotic from the designer. The rings’ designs were directly inspired by the Hindu Goddess Lakshmi; often depicted seated and adorned with lotus flowers and associated with abundance, fortune and prosperity, she peppered each with a different precious stone, adding a twinkling touch to the bold design.

JRS

Julien Riad Sahyoun was born in Casablanca, Morocco, of French, Italian and Lebanese descent. The brand launched in 2016 and is inspired by the organic forms of nature. Each collection is handcrafted in 18ct gold mixed with black, brown and white diamonds that are responsibly sourced and can be traced to the oldest diamond family business in India. The #PushJEWELLERY press day will showcase the Star, Sun, Babylon, Sun, 3ternity collections. All the collections are crafted in 18c gold using precious stones including: brown diamonds, yellow diamonds and black diamonds. 

Cult Of Youth

CULT OF YOUTH was founded in 2011 by silversmith and designer, Kelly Seymour. Forged and blasted in the chaos of a Hackney warehouse, the first collection, a gothic clash of weighted cross chokers and silken bound bones, launched at London Fashion Weekend. Following Fashion Week, a stall at London’s iconic Portobello Market, Cult of Youth was soon in Urban Outfitters stores from London to Berlin, Paris to Amsterdam. Cult of Youth has since evolved into a personal exploration of family intimacies and deep reflection with identity and self, before and after Motherhood. The #PushJEWELLERY press day will showcase new solid gold signet rings, celestial necklaces and charm hoops.

Maya Magal

Launched in 2013, Maya Magal crafts modern jewellery by hand. Whether a birthstone necklace or mixed-metal ring, all of the brand’s pieces are made in small batches by skilled artisans and designed to spark creativity every day. Founder Maya spent years learning the ins and outs of jewellery in Hatton Garden, before opening up a studio to hone her style. The #PushJEWELLERY press day will showcase the Lava and Birthstone necklaces.
