#InternationalYogaDay: Where to stretch & meditate in London

Whether you’re a true yogi or just dipping your toes every now and then, it’s fair to say that yoga has taken over the London scene. As most of you may know, here at Push we’re passionate about all things fitness & wellbeing. Yoga is the perfect ‘workout’ which blends these two values together – not only do you a get a bit of a sweat, but it’s a great way to find balance within and to empty your mind of any troubles. With this in mind, we’re planning to make every day #InternationalYogaDay with a roundup of some of our favourite go-to yoga classes.

The Studio that whisks you away to far flung destinations. We especially love Emily Harding’s hip hop class on a Friday evening

Our go-to for a unique multi sensory experience using light and scent

Try Kirsty Reynor’s Immersive Vinyasa Flow Class on a Monday evening, followed by a guided meditation – the perfect way to kick start the week

The perfect location for a Saturday morning yoga class – followed by a brunch of course!

The new fitness brand on the block hosts free yoga classes in their Canary Wharf store every Wednesday and Sunday

Our team loves going here for the sense of calm and the stylish studio. Top tip: sign up to their newsletters to hear all about their one-off workshops. Our personal favourite, the handstand workshop – we’re so close to getting it right!

May be a bit far for some, but it’s definitely worth the trip. The space is all about an eco wellbeing escape, both internally and externally. You leave the class feeling connected to the mind, body and soul.
