#PushCONNECT returns with a Balance Brunch

Balance. It’s hard to identify what this means nowadays. Balance in life, balance in one’s self, balance at work, balance at home – it seems like we’re all trying to ‘balance’ things out in our busy lives. Feeling overwhelmed in trying to find time for everything and everyone can seem endless and quite frankly exhausting, but here at Push we believe that it all comes down to finding balance within; the rest will fall into place. Keep the positivity and energy levels up and you’ll see how quickly you can get things done!

After our last successful Heal Brunch, #PushCONNECT returns next Saturday 11th May for a new Balance Brunch. Join our very own Emma Hart who will host a panel talk with an inspiring group of speakers including Louis Walcott, co-founder of Ong 360 studio, Jacqueline Hurst, Master Life Coach and Jaimie Sarah, founder of Definitely Definitely. We’ll be talking all about what ‘balance’ means today and sharing top tips on how to care for yourself both on the outside and on the inside. Meet our panelists …

Louis Walcott, Ong 360 studio

Louis navigates the world of health and fitness through multiple mediums. Having foundations in calisthenics, martial arts and yoga, Louis loves training outdoors and having that connection to all things natural. His philosophy in regards to health and well-being is simple: “If you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you’ve always got”. So his advice is to step out of your comfort zone, try new things and allow yourself to have new experiences whatever they are. As long as you are learning, making progress (and avoiding any kind of injury of course!).

And what does ‘balance’ represent for Louis? “Equilibrium in our body; equanimity in our mind and energy in our spirit”.

Jacqueline Hurst, Master Life Coach

Jacqueline is one of the UK’s leading life coaches who specialises in hypnotherapy. With many tools in her box, she uses a unique, specialised and highly sophisticated technique to help clients drop their negative thoughts and behaviours to get past their own limitations and achieve a life they love. Jacqueline has over 15 years of experience and has worked with over 5,000 clients; dedicated to helping each one to become their very best self. Her greatest pleasure? Seeing how her clients grow to become the people they were always meant to be.

When it comes to how she advises her clients to find balance in their own life: “it means doing the best you can, with what you have, in moderation and without guilt!”

Jaimie Sarah, Definitely Definitely

Jaimie is the Founder of Definitely Definitely, a boutique executive coaching firm and global movement dedicated to helping Founders and Executive Mothers get and stay ‘balanced’. After empowering hundreds of CEOs, founders and other influential leaders to improve their well-being, leadership and business performance simultaneously, she also became affectionately known as the ‘Anti-Burnout Queen’. Her motto in life? “One dimensional success is not enough and average is NOT an option”.

For Jaimie, balance is something which is quite personal and individual to each person: “what balance means to me is a personalised blend of those activities that nourish me intellectually, spiritually, emotionally and physically. Each contribute jointly to my expansion as a woman and a leader, in a way that is structured, organised and quite unique to me and to each of us”.

Join us for this exclusive talk during #PushCONNECT on Saturday 11th May. Our showroom will be open from 10:30am-2:30pm, with the Balance Talk taking place from 11:30am-12:30pm.
