This week we hosted a focus group for our fine jewellery client SACET.
SACET brings together its makers – emerging and existing design talent – to offer a unique concept that champions craftsmanship and consciousness. The brand aims to renew the consumer relationship with the designers so that there is total visibility on how collections have been created, sourced and manufactured.
The intention with the focus group was to get feedback on the launch collections, packaging, website and additional services like the ‘Try At Home’ initiative from our network. Those into jewellery with a purpose.
The reception? Brilliant. As were insights from our guests around shopping preferences, recommendation and the sustainable messaging.
