City Cufflinks – the design brand renowned for capturing cityscapes in the form of covetable handcrafted sterling silver cufflinks – is supporting Dutch photographer Marie-Jeanne van Hövell tot Westerflier as she opens her first London exhibition. The Dutch Centre will be showcasing a series of the photographer’s timeless analogue black and white photos for two months from Tuesday 17th January (opened by Dutch Ambassador Simon Smits).
Serving to connect Amsterdam’s art, contemporary design and architecture scenes each shot is taken on an analogue Hasselblad camera with only the assistance of natural light. The photo series sits alongside a display of the City Cufflinks miniature sculptures of world cities designed by Dutch designer Seroj de Graaf.
